SPLIT FAQs

PDFs for submitted field notes (and assessments) are no longer available at the end of the survey… but do not worry they are available in SPLIT! All users can access PDF response summaries in the ‘Data Dashboards’ section on the ‘Response Exports’ page. The SPLIT development team is also currently working on making the links to these PDF response exports available in the Excel export that can be generated from SPLIT modules.

YES! You should be able to see SPLIT items for all practice sites you are associated with. You need to be present on the practice site rosters and have the correct project permissions. You will see information and assessments similar to how PTO users see multiple practice sites in the ‘Practice Records’ section, or see assessment tasks for all the practice sites that are matched to.
