Welcome to the Shared Practice Learning and Improvement Tool (SPLIT). The Login Page is the landing spot for all SPLIT users and potential users. From this page users can find announcements regarding SPLIT or Practice Innovation initiatives, contact the SPLIT team, access Support Services to submit a request or view SPLIT resources, and users with established accounts can log into SPLIT.

SPLIT Home is the page for users to see a brief summary of what there is to do in SPLIT, as well as view announcements regarding initiative tasks or activities. Users will receive ‘Urgent Notifications’ at the top of SPLIT Home, in addition to general notifications and information found in the modules on this page: User Summary, Quick Links, and Notification Feed.

The Assessments page is found in the ‘My Tasks’ section in the main SPLIT navigation, and is the main place for all SPLIT users who are participating in an initiative to go to complete assessments. The modules found on this page include: Assessments Summary, Quick Links, and Assessments.
